Shri Samarth Ramdas Swami has advised 205 no. of Teachings to Human Mind. These are typically known as 'Manache Shlok'. These are teachings to self in order to prepare a balanced mind that will lead towards a balanced life. The total 205 'Shlok' are devided into 3 paths of Inidan Spiritual Philosophy : Karma Yog, Dnyan Yog and Bhakti Yog.

Teachings on 'Karma Yog' brief on Does & Don'ts in physical sense of life. Shloks on 'Dnyan Yog' brief on concept of 'Aatma Buddhi' i.e. sense of life and existance in the sense of Soul. 'Bhakti Yog' teachings guide an individual for depleating physical sense of self and recognizing devine soul of within by Upasana (Up-Aasan : Efforts to stay by the God).

It is extremely important to understand that all the 3 segments of Teachings are not differentiable in terms of their importance. As every human being is using 'Deh' (body) to conduct his/her life in physical sense he/she has to perform Does & Don'ts in the endevor. Simillarly his/her mind needs to be moulded for thought which shall bring him/her closer to the devine soul.
